These Terms govern your use of orva.video and the products and services offered by Orva. By using the site, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

2. What we offer
- Cinematic stories: you type an idea, we produce a bespoke short cinematic film for you on demand (made-to-order digital content).
- Orva Studio: made-to-order AI video production based on a brief you provide.
- Digital products (archived): free and paid resources (prompt packs, templates, the Orva Mastery course).
3. Access & delivery
Cinematic stories and Studio videos are produced specifically for you and delivered by email or a private link once produced (usually within minutes). Other digital products are delivered by email or download link after purchase. Course access is provided for the duration stated on the offer.
4. Prices, payment, made-to-order & subscriptions
Prices are shown on the site and may exclude taxes where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Cinematic stories and Studio videos are made-to-order: production starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, so by paying you ask us to begin immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal (see the Refund Policy). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. License & use
Videos you order and produce are yours to use, including commercially. Course materials and resources are licensed for your own use only, you may not resell, share or redistribute them. Our brand, content and software remain our property.
6. Studio, your responsibilities
You confirm you own or have the rights to any brief, names, characters, logos or images you submit. We may refuse or stop any order involving real identifiable people, third-party brands you have no right to use, or illegal, hateful or sexual content. You remain responsible for how you use the delivered video.
7. AI-generated content, no guarantee
Our outputs are generated with AI and provided "as is". We do not guarantee any specific result, number of views, income, or that outputs are free of imperfections. Our resources are educational, not a promise of earnings.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
